Regardless of your team’s skill level, every training will begin with creating a streamlined definition and understanding of what worship actually is.

Worship is not the stage.
Worship is not even music, in and of itself.
Worship is appropriately responding to God’s presence, His very nearness.

A foundational part of our response to Him is built on and stewarded by lives set apart for Him.
We are worshippers, true worshippers, and we do so in spirit and truth.

Together, we will build a foundational understanding of a heart for God that cultivates a heart to worship Him, not merely the pursuit of music.

Creating a Soundtrack for Presence

level three

(As with anything with this many moving parts, countless nuances make and break the success of each individual and, therefore, the team. Much of the underlying work revolves around identifying and celebrating strengths and strengthening weaknesses. And like all tools, merely having them doesn’t guarantee success. It’s only through the practiced use of acquired tools that individuals and teams become strong and healthy.)
